Shipping policy

Italy and European Union
Shipments to Italy are entrusted to GLS, BRT, and TNT and are usually delivered within 24 hours (islands typically within 48 hours). In some cases—e.g., remote or hard-to-reach areas—delivery times may be extended by an additional 24/48 hours, both on the mainland and the islands.
Within the European Union, depending on the item’s size/weight and country-specific factors or the exact destination, shipments may be handled by GLS or FedEx/TNT/BRT (DPD). Delivery is typically within 3–5 business days. For remote areas, carriers may extend delivery times according to local operations.

Non-EU Countries
For shipments outside the European Union, depending on destination and item type, we use SDA (EMS) and FedEx. Delivery times range from 3/5 to 20 business days, subject to customs inspections and technical transit times to reach the destination. Your local customs office may contact you for additional documentation: our staff can provide copies of the item’s fiscal documents but cannot supply country-specific documentation.

General Shipping Conditions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, as couriers do not deliver to such addresses.
Shipping times do not include order preparation, which may vary (especially with multiple items/brands). A tracking number will be provided as soon as it becomes available and is posted to your order status. The carrier will also email a notification including the tracking number. Please provide a valid, monitored email address.
Couriers deliver during business hours (usually 9:00–18:00), Monday to Friday; in Italy, where available, you may arrange Saturday-morning pickup at the local branch by prior phone agreement and presenting valid ID (national shipments only).
Phone contact is not mandatory and is at the driver’s discretion; if delivery fails, a paper notice and an email notification are typically left/sent. For faster, more reliable delivery, provide an address where someone is present all day. Shipping costs are shown on product pages and vary by destination, weight, volume, and quantity. Cash on delivery (Italy only) carries an additional fee of five (5) euros. COD is accepted in cash only and only up to the legal limit (€1,999). COD is not available outside Italy.

For PayPal payments, the shipping address cannot be changed: PayPal requires shipment to the address specified at checkout. Any change is only possible by canceling the existing order.
