Refund policy

• Right of Withdrawal:
• The buyer has the right, within 60 calendar days from receipt of the product (delivery data of the shipment apply), to exercise the right of withdrawal. To do so, the buyer must send written communication within this period and return the product at their own expense, necessarily with tracked shipping. A copy of the purchase documentation or a written note with the order number and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be included. Upon receipt of the returned product, a refund will be issued via the original payment method (for cash on delivery orders, via bank transfer). The refund covers the purchased item and standard shipping costs, if applicable. Express shipping supplements will not be considered. JD9 srl reserves the right to issue partial refunds or deny the right of withdrawal if items are returned used, damaged, or not in the original packaging, in accordance with the Consumer Code. Shipping costs for refused returns will be borne by the buyer. Excluded are custom-made or personalized items, perishable goods, sealed products opened after delivery, or goods returned in a condition different from the original.
  
  Any cancellation requests received before the preparation period expires will be accepted, with the refund issued minus any applied payment fees.

• Returns for Non-Conforming Items:
• If a delivered item does not match the specifications, arrives damaged or incomplete, it may be returned for a refund or replacement. The buyer must inform JD9 srl within 60 days of receipt of the item. The item will then be collected at the seller’s expense at the delivery address indicated at the time of the order and refunded or replaced according to the buyer’s request. If only parts are missing, JD9 will send the missing parts free of charge as soon as possible, depending on availability and delivery times. For refunds, the same payment method used by the buyer will be applied (for cash on delivery, via bank transfer). For replacements, shipping is free of charge, carried out as soon as possible depending on stock availability or delivery times. In all cases, the buyer must provide one or more reachable contact details.
